decent servicei love the atmosphere but i'm pretty positive my friends and i were the youngest people there.extensive (expensive) wine/martini list- WASHINGTON HILL RIESLING- sweet but not overly sweet. its so flavorful.i like that they have flutes of wine or martinis. you get three small glasses of three different wines or martinis. We got crisp whites which was $9 and a glass of wine was around $7.bathrooms are nice but it was dirty.piano guy was okay, i could barely understand what he was saying, maybe its the acoustics or something.I'd dig this place more if i wasnt a broke college student and if we weren't the youngest people in the place.

Big Picture isn't really worth the fuss this time around.I was always enticed by rave reviews of this place, having cocktails whilst watching a flick in plush seating - but really it came down to the fact of alot of random distractions. People seem to move about the theater more freely - maybe its to get another drink? I really hate having to dodge the silhouettes of peoples or the waitresses. Or seeing the door entrance open and close with light streaming through. Its not that big either - if you want to really experience an epic movie your best bet is to hit up Northgate or Imax. The only upside to this place is that it is for adults only. F.Y.I. don't ever forget your id here otherwise you can forget about getting let in.This place would be great for a small date night, but I'd be much more satisfied to hit the larger theaters with a group of friends.

Management is horrendous.Bitchy server who wasn't helpful in trying to utilize my restaurant.com certificate via a phone app. When I spoke to the manager, explaining that I had spent the first ten minutes of my time here trying to get this info and needed help (hadn't even taken my coat off yet), she was equally as bitchy. Told me to sit back down and she'd get to me "in a minute," even though she was chatting at the bar with my rude server. So we left. I'm exchanging my certificate for a place where they don't treat you like yesterday's trash.

I love this place. John Jones is my favorite, he seems to be more entertaining to a younger crowd than some of the other piano players. It is always a good place to people watch and hang out for a chill night.

This place has a lot of potential. Who doesn't love a good piano bar? The entertainers are top of the line piano bar players. I saw two of them and both were top notch acts. Where the problem lies is with the seating/hostess situation. The tables turn over slowly enough on Saturday night but the hostess does not turn them around very quickly. Our table was open nearly half an hour before we were taken from our temporary (uncomfortable spot) at the bar.The wait service was fine, the food was fine, the prices were high. But, its a not a bad little spot to say the least.

Worse customer service ever! I would never order from them again. In my whole life was never treated so poorly over the phone .

Came here while bar hopping in Arlington Heights downtown with some co-workers.  This was the last stop to our night and we had a good time.Dark candlelit atmosphere in the basement of a restaurant with a guy singing & playing anything you want on the piano.  He even did bohemian rhapsody with us and everyone was singing along.  Well overall it's pretty noisy with everyone trying to talk with the loud piano playing. My first time to a piano bar, so I guess it was okay.

Quite bad food. Pizza was over cheesed. Killed about 5 wasps. I'd go back for a take out order, but not really a great place to sit and have a nice meal.

While it is a little crappy inside, I didn't mind because it has a certain...je ne sais quoi that is homey and comforting.Seems like a little place that people in the neighbourhood have been going to for years, like a little hole-in-the-wall hidden gem.I had the grilled veggie sandwich (that has goat cheese...*drool*) and it was delicious!! The price wasn't too steep either ($4.95) so that was a win. I had a taste of my friend's veal sandwich and it was fabulous - not the best I've ever had but nothing to dismiss either. I'd definitely go back in the future.

While the portions are huge the environment and food sometimes make me think of the mcdonalds of Italian food. It's great for something quick or you feel like sharing a pizza with a friend. If you're hungry and on a budget you will find hearty and yummy food. However, it's not a date place at all unless you stay on the patio and never use the washroom. A plus is that they stay open really late and it reminds me of when we would grab food to eat after a night of dancing at the clubs. The food is Italian but lacks the home feeling of Italian food that you can find elsewhere on st Clair. I sometimes call it the chef boyardee of Italian but it's quick and cheap
