Easy and fast, we booked the tour but that was sold out. Within 2 days we got an alternative, same day but 45 minutes later. Otherwise they would have refund us.
The process was easy from the beginning. We got confirmation within 12 hours. On the day of our visit we got there early, paid the fee and were put on waitlist. We had no trouble or issues with anything.

This is a great tour, and our guide Zack was amazing. He told us a lot of great information about the canyon, how to take the best photos (even though we weren't on a photo tour), and he even took us to a second canyon location after our original tour. Can't recommend this group enough.

Beautiful trip, MT at check in was great, had a fantastic guide by the name of Leo . Gets a little hectic with the crowds, but all was good. Washrooms, (Porta potties) need a good cleaning
