Bamboo forest walk + moss garden temple + foot bath = pure bliss.
Absolutely loved this day tour from Osaka! Starting off with the nostalgic charm of the Sagano small train through the lush Arashiyama countryside was dreamy. The walk through the bamboo grove and visit to Tenryu-ji were peaceful and beautiful, and Sanzen-in’s moss garden felt like walking into a fairy tale. Top it off with a relaxing foot bath at Arashiyama Station—it was the perfect blend of culture, nature, and Zen.
This was a beautiful mix of wildlife, nature, and charm. Loved the zoo exhibits, the dreamy pond, the cascading falls—it felt like we covered so much, yet never rushed. Ending the day at Fairy Terrace was the perfect fairy-tale finish.
