Loved every moment—Kobe Port was lovely at sunset, the Ferris Wheel lit up beautifully, and the night skyline from the mountain was unforgettable. Arima Onsen was a relaxing bonus. Highly recommend!

Great mix of history, city lights, and relaxation. We wandered through old foreign-style homes in Kitano, felt the breeze at Kobe Port, and capped the night with a comforting soak in Arima Onsen. The night view from Rokko was nothing short of spectacular.
From the historic charm of Kitano Ijinkan Street to the glittering cityscape atop Mount Rokko, this tour delivered on every front. The onsen experience in Arima was a wonderful way to unwind, and not having to worry about transport from Osaka made it all the more enjoyable.

An absolutely enchanting evening! The panoramic views from Mount Rokko at night were breathtaking—the famous '10 Million Dollar Night View' truly lives up to its name. The stops at Kobe Port and the Mosaic Ferris Wheel added romantic vibes, and soaking in Arima Onsen afterward was the perfect soothing finish. The tour was seamless and very relaxing.
