Tour guide Frank Mao and driver Lynn were both friendly and kind. They organized the 7-day trip efficiently and made the experience truly enjoyable. They were attentive to the needs of all passengers and shared plenty of background information and interesting stories along the way. We had a wonderful family vacation!
