The underground stream flowing through the cave is magical. Hearing the sound of running water echo around the chambers gave me chills.
Perfectly balanced itinerary—scenic, cultural, relaxing. The hike up to Arakurayama Sengen Park’s pagoda was worth every step for that photo finish. Highway drive was smooth, and the guide was great. I’d do it again in a heartbeat!

Bought these passes for May 2025 with hopes they would work. Our family of four had no issue and we didn’t realize they include the Audio tour!! The tickets at the entrance were $12, plus $2 for the audio… but we got in for $7 each including the audio!! Great deal and will certainly use in the future.
